The Launder Center is located at 452 Cottage Rd. in South Portland Maine, in the same lot as the Drillen Tru Value Hardware store. Our machines are happily making suds and warming clothing daily from 5 am to 11 pm. We are a self service laundromat with over 20 washing machines, 18 cloth dryers, a change machine and great location that will give you plenty to do while you wait for your clothes to get sparkly clean! We are kid friendly and always clean.

We are within walking distance of Maine's rocky coastline, making the Launder Center an ideal place to start your wash, and head out to get some fresh sea air. There are a few beautiful, ocean-side parks that are a only a few minutes away by car. Start your laundry and drive on over to see Fort Williams Park, or Fort Prebble, or Bug Light. There are also a fine assortment of eateries where you can dine while our machines clean your cloths. When you do your laundry at the Launder Center, you'll see that laundry day can be stress free and relaxing. Who knows, you may even find yourself in pleasant anticipation of your next trip to the laundromat.
